Physical Standard       -      

Male:

(i)            Height –  165cms

(ii)          Chest  -   Unexplained- 77cms

Expanded- 82cms

(iii)         Weight-   Corresponding to Heights.

Female:

(i)            Height –  157cms

(ii)          Chest  -   not Applicable

(iii)         Weight-   Corresponding to Heights.

 Education Qualification-   Matriculation with three years Diploma in Secretarial practice or modern office practice

Fees                          - Each application should be accomplished by a crossed Bank Draft/ Postal Order for Rs.50/- as examination fees in favor of authority to whom the application is addressed, payable at respective SBI/post office at location or nearby station. ST/SC/and women are no need to pay any fees.

Experience                  - 

Typing speed

(i)            For ASI (seno)- Shorthand 70 WPM in English or Hindi for 10 minutes.

(ii)           For HC (min)-     30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on computer.
