Must be holding Doctor Degree the post you are applying for.

 Fees/ How to apply           - Crossed Demand Draft for Rs.500/-, valid for 3 (three) months and drawn in favour of SECRETARY, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India). For the candidates abroad, the application fee should be accompanied with a crossed International Bank Draft for US $50 drawn in favour of SECRETARY, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India). However, the SC/ST/Women/Physically Handicapped (PH) applicants/ candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Note                                       -For applications posted from abroad and in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshdweep, Minicoy and Amindivi Islands, States/ Union Territories in the North-Eastern Region, Ladakh Division of J & K State, Sikkim, Pangi, Sub-division of Chamba, Lahul and Spiti Districts of Himachal Pradesh, the last date for receipt of application will be 05.12.2012.
